WEBMar 26, 2021 · A friend of mine who I’m trying to introduce the game to is having this same problem. He’s got a far better and newer pc than I and can’t get the game to launch. I’m curious if others have found a solution to this issue. For me I got around the issue by launching the game with the game launcher instead of through steam.

I bought just the basic Call of the Wild last December to see if I would like it, and downloaded Classic at the same time since it was free.
