Any car that was on the road in Canada for 10 years would be rusty. I just brought a Passat in to Canada from Texas and had to pay 6.1% duty, 14% tax and $100.00 air conditioning tax.

I have used Total Quartz INEO 504-507 SAE 5W-30 for quite a few years. At one point they may have been labeled as "elf," but I got it through a vendor.
