Finished Yakuza 8 / Infinite Wealth, so much for the franchise
WEBBut then Yakuza 8 happened and the game starts punishing you again for not having played all the other games before it + certain substories, I'm sure if I didn't play the entire series I would have absolutely not cared about anything happening in the Kiryu side of the story.

WEB8 had a slow start but a great one with Hawaii. I liked everytime we met the characters. It felt great and fun. I also do like Kiryu, ofcourse. The first few chapters of Hawaii are my favorite in the Yakuza series.
