The foothills tour was not very strenuous at all, in my opinion. There is some walking that you can do but don’t have to. The highest altitude you reach is like 7,500 feet. I expect the …

The foothills tour was not very strenuous at all, in my opinion. There is some walking that you can do but don’t have to. The highest altitude you reach is like 7,500 feet. I expect the heart condition restriction is mentioned to cover Aspire in the event anything were to happen. We made three stops, one at Red Rocks Amphitheater(As long as you don’t walk down to the stage, nothing strenuous), one at Evergreen (quaint mountain town, less than a quarter mile of walking available) and finally Lookout Mountain (light walking).

Not required, but they do a great job so we have always tipped to show appreciation.
