We saw this along with Rio frio on way back from caracol and it made a great spot to jump off rocks and swim in the falls, especially as the water is deep enough where it needs to be. Full review by Q4171PFchristines

Nice place to visit in Mountain Ridge Reserve. Hiking distance from Pine Ridge Lodge. The view of falls is quite scenic. You will enjoy swimming here. Full review by majumdak

It wouldn't be worth it unless spending the night in the Pine Ridge Forest area. You have to cross the entire country to get there and it would be a waste if you didn't see all the things in between. If you were going to Caracol, this would be an excellent side trip but not a destination location in and of itself
