I would say, on an average between 30 to 45 minutes. It is not a huge house, and the timing would depend on who was assigned to you as the tour guide and how much information they are able to share. They also have a small and quaint gift store for you to browse thru after the tour.

The last tour begins at 4 p.m. On Sundays the schedule is 1 to 4 p.m. - last tour beginning at 4 p.m. Usually visitors are added on the next available tour. There is a six minute video shown before most tours as well as exhibits and the garden to see (gift shop) too - if there is a wait.
