Corcoran is a rural city in Hennepin County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 5,379 at the 2010 census. According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 36.00 square miles, of which 35.72 square miles is land and 0.28 square miles is water. County Roads 10, 19, 30, 50, 116, and 117 are six of the main routes. Minnesota State Highway 55 briefly passes along the southern edge of the city.
