Try to do the behind the scenes tour beforehand if you can........reception/ concierge at your hotel should be able to organise this for you.

Hi sorry for the late reply. I am not aware of any reselling agency. If you look at the Opera internet site there is now a place where private person can sell their tickets at the regular price, in case they are not able to attend. You might also try your good luck and be a good hour before start at the opera house. Sometimes reserved tickets are sold shortly before. I know is not easy. Good luck getting the tickets.
