Hi Zoe, dogs are allowed on the Sandspit grounds, as long as they are on a leash, and owners clean up after them.

You can purchase tickets for the rides you want to go on. I think the go carts are 5 tickets and the roller coaster were 3 tickets each

We are traveling with grandparents who will not be interested in the rides, but would happily walk through the park. we are buying tickets in advance as it's a better deal, so i'm wondering if i need tickets for them???

Sorry for delay but yeas, an entry fee is required. I understand your gp needs, you may want to ask when you arrive. This park is great for kids inder about 14.
