On the banks of London’s River Thames is an infamous castle. On your visit you will discover surprising stories of kings, queens, criminal plots and treason. The Tower of London is a 1,000-year-old castle that protects the Crown Jewels. It was a secure fortress, a royal palace and an infamous prison. Kings and queens demonstrated their power from here, shaping society and influencing our world.Today, William the Conqueror’s distinctive White Tower stands as a powerful symbol of the nation. It is as recognisable now as it was in the 1100s.See wonderful displays of arms and armour, which were made and stored in this secure fortress. Step into the luxurious palace of medieval kings and queens, designed as a place to live and rule.

Hi, I had a question about your visit to the Tower of London. You mentioned going on a beefeater tour. Did you Pay for that in addition to your ticket price or is it just something you get in line for once you are inside?
A:
Hello, the beefeater tour is free and included with the ticket. I think there is a more thorough tour where you do pay extra. There’s a small queue as you enter the gate.
Q:
Can my grandson use his blue Peter badge accompanied by us
A:
Sorry I don't know. Maybe look on their website. Even if you have to pay it's really interesting especially if you also do the free guided tour
