Popped to the gardens to see the Olympic flame, but it seems to be ticketed unfortunately. Nice to see from a distance but the gardens themselves are a bit busy right now. Full review by Tom_Blancmange

Yes, there are public restrooms and they charge around .7 Euros last time we were there. It is on the left just before you get to the ferris wheel when walking from the Louvre.

Hi George & Dobbie: As you no doubt know Paris (& France in general are) is well known by the many places to eat & drink. There are always places to "relieve oneself" and the Tuleries are no exception--- but may be a bit hard-ish to find.... One such place is near the entrance to the garden closest to the very interesting Place de la Concorge. I hope that this response has been helpful!!
