Tunnelton is a town in southwestern Preston County, West Virginia, United States. The population was 307 at the 2020 census. It is part of the Morgantown metropolitan area. Tunnelton took its name after the nearby Kingwood Tunnel. The Tunnelton Railroad Depot was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1996.
