Beautiful beach for a long walk along the shoreline to the north. Also, a short walk from the boat launch along the road south to Lanikai Beach public access points. Full review by Tucson60950

The public transport system in Oahu is awesome. Definitely can make it there. I think its about a hour or 2 on the bus. Hitch hiking sounds like the bad start to a horror movie.
