I think they need your invoice and you'll collect the ticket right there. It's best to come early but normally, we pre-paid it and have an apple wallet they give to just directly present it.

Yes you can do both. Should you turn up I would suggest you turn up before they open. There is usually a short wait. Best to book on line and select your time. My view is to arrive early morning and the first group gets really clear views plus there are less people about when taking pictures at the viewing platform at the top as you will be the first group visiting. It’s a time limit visit and you will be issued with a coloured band to wear around the neck.
