Expected more time on the water. There was a malfunction with the anchor which led to early return. However customers were not compensated/ refunded anything or provided an apology. Full review by peterblackburne

Everything is excellent and I hope it continues that way. I have a commute of 3.5hrs on a good day, but it’s with every second of it. I have tried other fleets and it’s definitely not the same. Full review by Iisarlin2683

I would call them asap to ask this question. I believe they go in the rain. Tropical systems in the Atlantic may interfere as well - call them. Good luck
