The National Stock Exchange has rolled out revised transaction charges across various segments. For the cash market, the new fee is Rs 2.97 per lakh of traded value for each side of the transaction

All Sensex and Bankex options will have a transaction fee of Rs 3,250 per crore of premium turnover value, while stock options and Sensex 50 options will have a transaction fee of Rs 500 per crore of premium turnover value, said BSE in a circular. However, the same for index futures and stock futures will remain nil at BSE.

NSE has also adjusted its fee structure across various segments. From October 1, a charge of ₹2.97 per lakh of trade value will be applied on both sides in the cash segment.
