ORLANDO — In one of UCF’s biggest opportunities in years Saturday, the Knights were not ready for prime time. Or “Prime Time.” UCF was on the wrong end of Deion Sanders’ biggest win with Colorado — a 48-21 shellacking Knights coach Gus Malzahn didn’t see coming.

UCF is led by Gus Malzahn, who is in his fourth year coaching the Knights. The 58-year-old is 27-16 as UCF's head coach. Colorado is led by Deion Sanders, who is in his second season as head coach of the Buffs and fifth season overall as a head coach. He's 7-9 at Colorado and 34-15 in his career.

Colorado played its most complete game to date, finding balance on offense while shutting down the No. 1 run offense in the country, holding UCF nearly 200 yards below its average in a 48-21 road win.
