The outgoing and incoming presidents shared messages with the country on Christmas morning as President Joe Biden is marking his final celebration as an occupant of the White House. President-elect Donald Trump shared a video montage of messages he sent out when he was president and several posts referencing goals for his next administration.

President Biden and President-elect Trump both delivered warm Christmas messages as a change in presidential administrations nears, though the Republican leader went on to take aim at Canada, Greenland and the Panama Canal.

U.S. President Joe Biden said he would "of course" attend Donald Trump's presidential inauguration next month, personally confirming his presence and rejecting what he called the Republican's "childish game.
