Anyone who has traveled by Lake Williams recently has noticed that the water level is low. It's just one of the signs of the dry conditions as York County has received little rainfall this month.
The forecast holds little hope for rain in the next week or two, said Tom Kines, senior meteorologist with AccuWeather.com.
