The Raiders final two games are at the New Orleans Saints (5-9) and the finale at home against the Los Angeles Chargers (9-6) in the finale.

With fans upset over the team's draft slot slipping after a victory Sunday, Raiders coach Antonio Pierce said winning matters and "we don't do this to lose."
