According to the Carthage Police Department, they were notified of a crash in the 800 block of S. Adams St. around 11:22 p.m., reportedly involving an out-of-county tow truck and a passenger car.

According to the Facebook post by Carthage PD, the incident happened around 11:22 p.m. in the 800 block of South Adams Street. An out-of-county tow truck and a passenger car were involved, they said, and upon arrival both vehicles were found unoccupied.
