A day after the Flint Firebirds ruined London’s 2024-25 OHL home opener, London returned the favor Saturday at the Dort Financial Center. The Knights scored the final two goals of the game for a 5-2 win in front of 3,824 fans.

Before the game, the Knights raised their 2024 OHL Championship banner and, unfortunately for London, that was the high-point of the night. The Firebirds came out flying, scoring early in the first and not letting up from there.

Two goals and an assist from William Nicholl's were not enough for the London Knights as they fell 7-4 to the Flint Firebirds on Sept. 27 at Budweiser Gardens. Henry Brzustewicz also had three points in the game as he assisted on three of the four London goals.
