NORFOLK, Va. — Michael Vick was officially introduced as the 19th head football coach at Norfolk State University during a press conference Monday that drew enthusiastic alumni, fans, and players.

NORFOLK, Va. – Norfolk State University, the largest Historically Black College and University (HBCU) in Virginia, has called on a Hampton Roads legend to lead the Norfolk State football program.

Vick was officially hired Friday when his contract was approved unanimously by Norfolk State University’s Board of Visitors. The Pilot broke the news of Vick’s hire early last week.
