U.S. attorneys will have to destroy copies of Sean Combs' handwritten notes that were obtained during a recent search of his jail cell.

Lawyers for Sean “Diddy” Combs accused federal prosecutors of “outrageous” conduct for obtaining the former music mogul’s personal notes from his jail cell. Combs’ attorneys said in a letter to the judge in his case that the notes include attorney-client material about defense witnesses and strategy.

In a win for Combs, the judge ruled he won't take the notes into consideration at Friday's bail hearing as it's unclear what, if anything, is privileged.
