iPhone Error -18 when trying to restore - Apple Community
Nov 12, 2007 · I reset the iphone by pressing Home button and Sleep/Wake button at the same time until the Apple logo appeared. I waited for it to reboot. Once back on, I plugged the iphone into my computer and itunes finally recognized it. It then restored my iphone to a previous backup (which just happened to be the day before the incident).

Nov 22, 2024 · After IOS Update 18.1.1, my iPhone email Sends & Receives but does not Ring when new mail comes, went to Settings > Apps > Mail > Notifications (On) > Custom Notifications (Selected Account) - Alerts (Enabled).
New iPhone 15 stuck on iOS 18 Update - Apple Community
Sep 23, 2024 · I am facing the same issue. Transferring from iPhone 11 to newly purchased iPhone 15 forced me to upgrade to iOS 18 in my new iPhone. ios upgrade got stuck for 5 hours. Repeated factory reset and retry the same process resulted in same issue. iOS 18 update is not complete in all retries. Any help will be highly appreciated.

Sep 30, 2024 · Is anyone at Apple addressing the issues with the iOS 18 calculator app on iPhone? Pressing equal after entering an equation and solving at once doesn’t allow you to calculate again without retyping everything. I use the calculator multiple times a week as a counter at work and losing this functionality is incredibly impactful.

FYI it looks like mail is working reasonably well on my iPad running iPad OS 18 but mail on my iPhone running iPhone OS 18 is a bit of a disaster. D*mn, I KNEW I should’ve waited at least until 18.1 came out lol!

Sep 28, 2007 · I hope you've fixed it by now but for others out there: I had the exact same issue on my second sync following the 1.1.1 update and wasted hours surfing to find a resolution. I called Apple iPhone Support and now it's fixed. Phew! Undock, turn off the phone. Press home key and redock while home key is pressed.
