Aug 8, 2021 · Rosetta 2 means the app is compiled for Mac Intel machines and macOS (Big Sur) is using the M1/Apple Silicon Mac's built-in super-fast Rosetta 2 emulator to run the Intel app. Many many apps are run this way on the M1, some games require more power so it might not run the best (or it might run fine). And seeing many consoles sell games that are capped at 30fps I don’t think that’s such a big issue. People really serious will want Windows anyway because it’s the best platform for gaming for now without a doubt.
