A solution that is often mentioned is to purchase the ILWT 1/2-28 4.5 barrel with either the Tri-Lug integrated or a direct thread option.

WEBJan 3, 2022 · The 5 shot group was nearly perfect - all 5 holes were touching each other. The second group of 5 was using Speer Gold Dot hollow points 124 grain. There was a POI shift of an inch left and 2 inches low. Once again - all 5 holes were touching each other for a near perfect group.

WEBJan 17, 2022 · I run DeadAir Wolf in K configuration on MPX-k. With 150gr it's still plenty quiet.. In full config with 115gr its still decently quiet. DeadAir cans are robust af. I'm a direct thread guy but would recommend using a QD brake on MPX barrels. Reason being is that it's a 13.5x1LH thread pitch.
