May 3, 2020 · It's definitely fun to play and remember how things used to be back in the Genesis/Mega Drive days. The side scrolling beat 'em up is not a genre that gets made enough imo, and that's a shame. That being said, Streets of Rage 4 feels like you are playing an old school Streets of Rage game again and it's remakably faithful.

May 11, 2012 · I'm trying to find a game on the Sega Megdrive (Genesis). You played as a toy soldier who uses a key to kill his enemy's. The first level you fight a TV, all the other levels were just in a home enviroment like on book shelves and around a bath tub. That's all I can remember.
Blowing On Cartridges - The Escapist Forums
Oct 14, 2016 · I regularly blew on my cartridges as a kid, back when I had a NES. However I found the effect to be less reliable with my Sega Genesis/Megadrive. But then again, those games were rarely in a bad shape and usually fired up right off the bat. Never owned a SNES, but I remember friends of mine had to blow on them lots.

Sep 11, 2010 · Well, if I remember correctly that whole stink with the blood in Mortal Kombat on the Sega Genesis took place before 1996. Remember, the SNES version had no blood and the Gen version did. 1996 is when the N64 came out so I am guessing all that stuff was happening in 1994 or 1995, during the 16 bit era. That's also when the ESRB was created.
