WEBFeb 27, 2020 · Most agree a tire with a 32 inch diameter is about the biggest you can fit without cutting/lifts/etc. I've run 275/65/18 Duratracs and currently run 255/70/18 Cooper AT3 4s. those are listed at a 32.1 diameter, the 275 being a little wider.
Has anyone install Gladiator wheels with a 285/70/17...

WEBMay 18, 2024 · I think 17s would go on without a problem. The issue you’ll have is with the tire. I have 255/70/18 (32.1”) on my 2018 Limited and that’s pushing it. 265/75/17 is 32.6”. If you did 265/70/17, you’d be fine at 31.6” and still have more sidewall than the 255/70/18.
